we were able to get a late check out, which was 12 noon instead of 11am

family was advised that the pool is closed after dark by security after we were already swimming

all of the additional resort fees . did not like that the pool was only 3ft deep.

the only thing i would say, would be the wifi was a bit spotty and didn't work half the night
