beach and pool areas and restaurants

the coffee bar is such a nice touch too

to pay for wifi at a 5 star all-inclusive resort

tv was hard to manage for ordering room service, it did not work

staff is really nice and friendly - they did their best to help us with early check in and late check out, which was great

overall i believe it was really good value, there are three hotels in one, two large areas with pools, and one that has a kid area

the breakfast was excellent. a lot of choice and very very nice.

but easy to get around by frequent golf cart service

the pools were beautiful

they even let us have a late check out which we greatly appreciated

allowed us an early check in and provided lots of recommendations

the wifi was good and we had a great garden with amazing swimming pool just walk out of our bungalow

the wifi worked very well too

no bar or restaurant (there is a restaurant right beside) (-)all good but near the swimming area could have been a bar with a server and music .. (+) only a short walk away from the restaurant, bar and street food area of tulum centro (-)bar that you see on the pictures was not really functioning (it is just a fridge with a few bottles (+)did not hear the noise from the street inside the hotel but had both nights loud music from some bar behind the hotel (-)pool and bar area seem bigger in the pictures
