we were with family for a funeral, the staff was very great and allowed a late check out.

smell of the hallway, the smell of the room, that they have a pool and it was open and clean, that they have a restaurant and they make pina colada's

ended up having to pay more for a presidential suite to fit my kids and husband

although there is a gym it's a bit tiny. that's the only criticism. otherwise a great stay.

frustrated that we chose this properly for having a airport shuttle and shuttle was not available for pick up

all the staff was very friendly and it was nice to have a late check out with out a charge

clean allowed us late check out which helped me

very much a 4 star hotel with a nice bar restaurant.
