everything down to the late check out

beds were comfy, staff were very helpful / accommodating. given late check out on request

i liked there was a restaurant and bar on property and the building the rooms were in was great!

was no room service menu and even after asking for it i was told it was in the book and to look again

were great, leisure manager went universal and beyond and we had a great chat about hotels, gyms and university

very clean and comfortable and the location for us, could walk in to town, there was music in the bar and there was a great atmosphere there for the christmas, will use this hotel again
