only thing is the carts are loud in the morning , i call front desk and ask for late check out she said yes, that was awesome because i needed extra rest

my mother ended up getting food poisoning from dinner so they allowed us a late check out to give her a little more time to rest before getting back on the road for another

didn't like that i was not told the heater in the pool was broken

pool and gym was not open and we had lady bugs in our room but the staff worked with us and discounted our

great breakfast and indoor pool

did like the value until they kept my $100 deposit because i was late checking out

staff was very cooperative and they gave us the early check in as per our request

staff was helpful at every juncture, and they were accommodating to my late check out request

indoor pool was very chaotic during last hour it was open with some rowdy kids and parents who didn't care

also the bar was a great way to relax after coming back to hotel later that night

the heated outdoor saltwater pool was amazing!

i liked that the front desk associate was willing to provide a late check out

after our dinner with friends, we all had drinks at the bar area
