said, this was a lovely room, a lovely hotel, fabulous staff, superb massage by deanna in the spa, good restaurant

also enjoyed a late check out and possibility to leave our stuff while waiting time to go to airport

wifi was not the strongest in our room (#214) (+)ok, nothing to complain, nice, clean room, free wifi, good breakfast (-)wifi speed is really poor (+) the shower was clean and powerful, the wifi was great, staff were lovely, and the mattresses were super comfy (+) great wifi (+) good free wifi and decent range of amenities on the doorstep

breakfast was plentiful with good choices, even though the hotel was booked out for the concert at

was luxurious and there is an awesome bar for the evening

the gym is perfect for morning/evening exercise or start the day with relaxing swimming in the pool

we requested late check out and that was no problem and we were not charged for it either

wanted to have an early lunch at the gastro bar but they weren’t serving it yet when we asked even though it was open

more variety of alcohol in the bar and timing said bar closes at 11 - concert finished after 12 so nightcap not available - but

although we did not use the facilities ie cafe bar restaurant it looked excellent

actually deserves the 4star rating unlike most that have it in spain

paying extra for the parking and late check out.
