the lobby restaurant and bar was perfect for coffee and a quick breakfast in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening

the kids love the pool, i enjoyed the gym

late check out and a large room..staff was great

on a positive note though when we needed quarters for the laundry a male staff member went down the street to a shop for us to get us some quarters because

we checked in last and it took almost an hour to get bedding we we could put our kids to bed

was good, room was large and very clean, bed was very comfortable, staff was nice and helpful, gym facilities available

clothing so i had to run out and try to get coins, which were not in the hotel to put into the laundry machine

housekeeping was rushing us out at 930 mon and we had late check out

the lobby area was well outfitted with seating for adults and games for kids and families

up in room including the clean and modern pot, comfortable beds and great pillows, lovely rooftop bar and

parking no valet. the rooftop bar was closed due to covid

the top floor of the hotel has a great bar restaurant with spectacular view of the city

able to get an early check in which was appreciated since my previous hotel would not give me a late check out

room service has been temporarily discontinued due to covid

to swim, didn't know about booking time for the pool

staff was wonderful. great hotel. excellent location. nice gym and pool.

the pool was an added bonus especially during the winter

the agent held the room for me until my delayed arrival at 4am. he offered a late check out

parking was ample but the lot was in tough shape

not to mention the restaurant & bar lounge right next door that connects to the first floor of the hotel

the atmosphere was relaxing, grumpy bar and grill was great vibes

sorry i don't think the breakfast is good at all i know it's frozen prepared just don't like
