the midnight checking to the accommodation of a late check out, we were extremely pleased with our experience

being alerted ahead of time about the closed pool and pool area(you couldn't even sun in the chairs around the pool) and the refusal to

wonderful shuttle service too and from duke clinics

provided shuttle service to duke univ

clean quiet and a very nice casual bar open early and late for drinks, snacks and meals.

my surgery was scheduled for 12:30, and the staff lat us have a late check out

the last visit i got to enjoy the pool

the staff was very hospitable and let me do a late check out so i could attend my online classes (no extra charge added)

had their kids and the kids ran wild, wasn't fun to wake up to the noises

the lobby had a great little mini-kitchen area but it wasn't utilized

the windows were dirty. the dry wall repair looks as if kids did the repairs. (the tape joints)

tv had very limited channels — only a small handful of news, sports, and kids’ shows

we had asked if we could do a late check out

pool was very small, even compared to other hilton garden inns, hampton inns, etc
