the midnight checking to the accommodation of a late check out, we were extremely pleased with our experience

being alerted ahead of time about the closed pool and pool area(you couldn't even sun in the chairs around the pool) and the refusal to

wonderful shuttle service too and from duke clinics

clean quiet and a very nice casual bar open early and late for drinks, snacks and meals.

my surgery was scheduled for 12:30, and the staff lat us have a late check out

i asked for late check out which was given to me, however i advised the front desk that i’d be at the

room was really nice! the hotel staff was very kind to accommodate a late check out for me.

i liked the bar and location

has a lovely small bar to have a drink in the evenings, and has fantastic breakfast choices

it’s a busy hotel and the bar was full anytime i needed a nightcap.

also no mini bar or room service for in-room dining

she upgraded our room and gave us a late check out for our honeymoon

the suite layout, in suite washer/dryer, full kitchen, made up a bit for the inconvenience

this hotel could have been decent if basic laundry and cleaning were satisfactory

and the guy that checked us in didn't tell us about the laundry stuff and the sink detergent was under the sink i just assumed we had to request it or
