the early check in and late check out

i loved the scenery , the pool table down stairs , and the customer service

from cars racing on streets, newness of area, lack of shuttle on weekends, totally carb laden

shuttle service was great- very convenient

bar was great

when asked if late check out would be available so my daughter could study for finals, no hesitation

my husband had to work part of the time but he was able to do so at the pool side and i was hanging out at the pool side, too

bottom floor but this time we liked it there was a patio right out the back went straight to the pool

hotel was pretty cool and the room was comfortable and spacious with a balcony overlooking the pool

i would suggest having pool towels available so we don't go have to go to the front desk to get them

the beds were sooooo comfortable! the late check out was great as well.

very accommodating, our tournament got pushed back a few hours and hotel allowed a very generous late check out

parking was amazing

didn’t like that there was loud music playing and kids creaming and running up and down the halls

hard to find a parking place at night because of the shark club crowd.

this means we couldn’t even go to the gym nor pool because we were not provided with the proper means to clean ourselves

it included waffles, fruit, sausage, potatoes, an omelet bar where your eggs were whipped up fresh just the way you like them, and more

staff was very friendly and cooperative and immediately responded positively to our request of late check out

the in room kitchen was lacking of amenities

breakfast was lacking, pancakes were overcooked, kitchen staff was slow in filling up the food

and, they allow late check out up to 1pm

they also let us have a late check out which is always a plus

the breakfast was delicious. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

so with 3 kids and my spouse rooms and sleeping arrangements are tough

the kids loved the indoor pool. staff/front desk was very friendly and helpful.

we we allowed a late check out which really helped us alot.
