very accommodating to my request for late check out

a night i had just booked and instead of making it a hassle or not doing it i was able to get a late check out and just pay mabey$40 to stay from 12pm to 3pm i was giving extra time to shower

eveything was great my daughter & friends had a great time in pool & the breakfast was a bonus!!

the breakfast had a great assortment and actually tasted great.

receptionist was able to reallocate room and later on, organise a late check out

location is a pretty good/safe area, room was nice and clean, the water in the pool was about perfectly maintained and the breakfast was quite elaborate

laundry facilities were out of order, hot tub was out of order

bar only offered beer and hard liquor, no wine

picked this hotel based on the availability of a free shuttle to the immediate 5 mile area

up since i stayed there last year, didnt actually realise until we were leaving there is a small pool but very clean hotel, pillows superb, and the new gym excellent but could do with a cable

i asked for late check out because we did not arrive until very late at night

the breakfast buffet was great too

the outside pool was nicely heated, which was good considering it was pretty chilly for florida vacation in
