breakfast was very good

although we couldn’t get a late check out, we could use the spa facilities to shower and change before our flight

to enjoy your meals and drinks in the evening and onsite activities including tennis and crazy golf

i swam everyday in the indoor heated swimming pool which was a pleasure, the gym was also well equipped and although the tennis court is not full size it was big enough to

loved the breakfast and dinner everyday

amina, staff at the beach bar were all excellent especially afid, also yassine and mohammed from breakfast, lunch and dinner services and plenty of others ( sorry if i misspelled or missed anyone,

we were given a late check out, which was appreciated and if we messaged reception they were generally responsive

hotel has ev charger. excellent wifi.

very good had change room ,got charged for late check out when i confirmed i wanted to stay

they no longer take card at the snack bar and other facilities as they did previously

charge enormous amount of money for the laundry service

of this hotel is it staff, they are all polite and friendly, i want to specify

we got early check in, late check out and help with sourcing antibiotics in an emergency

there are activities for kids, delicious food, a good location, and clean; the price for our stay is reasonable

there's gym in spa area, but only opens 9:30-12:30, which to me is not reasonable

but if we are super critical, breakfast was excellent but there were not enough cups plates cutlery etc

luggages after check out time and check out time is not too early and even with possibility for late check out

when staying in the hotel he failed to check out i received a call from hotel staff regarding a late check out as my dad hadn t checked out the room already when i asked if a member of staff

kitchen didn t have anywhere near enough equipment even to rustle up a decent snack for the kids and the glasses were tiny

the pool area was lovely and the restaurant was very good value and convenient

hotel was spotless, the swimming pool was perfect and it was only 10-15 minutes walk to the beach
