very good had change room ,got charged for late check out when i confirmed i wanted to stay

of the staff were friendly, we were accommodated for a late check out (for a fee)

all inclusive, but couldn't really get any good outside breakfast/lunch/dinner

pool areas were clean and super big

swimming pool was ok kids enjoyed

tasty breakfast and pizza guy very warm and

we got early check in, late check out and help with sourcing antibiotics in an emergency

i like the breakfast and staff were very nice, every one i cross was greeting me.

spa on site which provides a variety of treatments at very good prices, so there is no need to go

also the sky bar which looks lovely in the pictures is actually closed

when staying in the hotel he failed to check out i received a call from hotel staff regarding a late check out as my dad hadn t checked out the room already when i asked if a member of staff

was not good and i dont know why hotel tv's cant have basic apps like youtube or netflix etc as kids could have enjoyed in their room

of the room service food was poor, one or two of the front desk were fairly abrupt

the hotel also had a pool and football pitch and wad generally a very modern and sophisticated place

spacious appartment with 2 separate bedrooms and big living room with kitchen

we ve requested early check in and late check out and they ve accommodated us (depending on availability of course) (+) they upgraded our room and also gave us a late check out (+)absolutely wonderful, the hotel is beautiful, the staff go above and beyond including an extended late check out as we didn't want to leave untill late (+) thank you to nezha at front desk for a late check out and acknowledging that i ve previously stayed there before (+)great pool area staff very attentive, also assisted me with late check out. highly recommend (+) thank you very much to nezha for organising a late check out for us (+) thanks to mohammed at reception for helping with a late check out

gym was only free between 9:30am and 12pm - wasn't aware of this at time of booking

not much i didn't like only that the pool water was a bit cold for the kids but nothing major

do like the room and all the facilities, the breakfast was good and the stuff was very friendly and helpful

you are forced to use their extortionate laundry service where you are required to give your clothes the previous night and are charged per

luggages after check out time and check out time is not too early and even with possibility for late check out

the pool area is very good and the location is brilliant, near to the beach and some great restaurants

kids really enjoyed it

breakfast & dinner was nice- lots of variety pool was great and was chill room was very spacious with a great view of the ocean from the balcony

in the form of an open buffet, the staff was very nice, we got a big room with a balcony and a pool view, the hotel is located near the beach

with a very nice view, nice pools, they always keep in touch through whatsapp and they gave us late check out for free as a compensation for the discomfort we ve experienced

kids had a blast

we were given a late check out, which was appreciated and if we messaged reception they were generally responsive

the pool is great and there were plenty of sun loungers around the pool and at the beach

the whole place was spotlessly clean, the kids club was great, beach, fitness studio and yoga was amazing

and never got a definitive yes / no answer
