the property was great we they were so accommodating to all of our request and we had a late flight and the manager

my room was comfortable and clean with a kitchenette adding a homey feel

the day before i left i asked the receptionist if it's possible to do a late check out of 3-4 hours

i wish they would give an option for free late check out

and offer late check out if needed

which i should’ve gotten a 3 hr late check out which i did but i paid for it

getting late check out was a rip off.

we unfortunately did not have a chance to experience their pool and bar area

when opening elevator, scan your room key first then choose floor- get your pool towels on 7th floor where the pool is, use paper card the from front

spent most of our time at the pool and loved staffed up there

front desk was super nice, i had questions about valley parking, pool and late check out and everyone was friendly and explained everything to us

called for a late check out no one answered the phone according to the person i spoke with at customer service

early and late check out available for 50$ extra

in was difficult tv didn’t work no toaster as part of kitchen appliances no daily housekeeping unless you requested no dishwasher detergent had to ask

fact that there was an arcade for the kids instead of a casino

offered us early check-in and late check out which was great as our incoming flight was early morning and outgoing late afternoon

they offered us a late check out which was really nice. staff was friendly and very pleasant.

they had plenty of kosher food for breakfast.
