bed, spacious bathroom, late check out, very friendly staff, nice pool and back patio by the marina

the rooms were comfortable, it has a great pool, a restaurant that serves breakfast and dinner and the a restaurant off the pool that serves

location, cleaniness and modern interior and exterior. my kids loved the pool and the roosters.

also a gym is available which was clean and provides all the essential stuff

they have bicycles, scooters & jet skis to rent & golf carts for rent next door

beds they were willing to let us check in early- and were willing to honor our request for a late check out even though we didn't end up needing it

maybe a bigger frying pan in the kitchen and some dishwashing towels would be good but to be honest i’m sure if we’d asked josé

are small and i mention them only so you can be prepared when you stay: it could use better kitchen equipment

the room was better than i expected, well maintained, full kitchen, ac, and a little porch

the restaurant & bar was top notch…even better being steps away from our house boat

i also appreciated the shuttle and option for a late check out

i love how right when we got there we were offered champagne, very classy (: the bar inside is also awesome

like the option of being able to use the pool at 24 north which was generally filled with kids

hotel pool, gym, and bars all top notch

kids were jumping over our heads and almost hitting us, there was soggy food in containers by the

place - don’t accept hyatt membership perks (we wanted late check out till 2pm but we didn’t get it)

she set reasonable expectations for early check-in & late check out

the pool was not crowded and you could always find a table with an umbrella or chair to sit

spacious,pool was great, drinks were a bit pricey, kids virgin drinks pricey.

the pool was large and was adjacent to a hot tub and tiki bar

the location was wonderful, pool was fantastic, tiki bar great, and the workers were so nice.

suite consisting of two double-queen rooms connected with decent-sized living room with small kitchen

lovely pool and good range of facilities in the gym

the staff gave us a late check out when asked twice which we appreciated

the staff, especially around the pool were fantastic. position of room, amazing sunset views.
