the staff gave us a late check out when asked twice which we appreciated
the staff, especially around the pool were fantastic. position of room, amazing sunset views.

the bar (toasted coconut) at the hotel pool and all of the furniture
beautiful room, pool, and view. bar and food great. shuttle every half hour.
we loved everything about the property. the gym, access to 4 pools, free breakfast!!!

she set reasonable expectations for early check-in & late check out
place - don’t accept hyatt membership perks (we wanted late check out till 2pm but we didn’t get it)
the heated swimming pool is opened till 10pm which was a huge plus
everything was ok. excellent courtesy and professionalism. beautiful room and pool.

beds they were willing to let us check in early- and were willing to honor our request for a late check out even though we didn't end up needing it
location, the gentle movement of the boat and having the small kitchen
property was well located and had a nice bar and restaurant to enjoy
really convenient with restaurant and bar on location
was very friendly and helpful different experience with air conditioning tv and also pub and bar infriont of the location steps

the rooms were comfortable, it has a great pool, a restaurant that serves breakfast and dinner and the a restaurant off the pool that serves
the squealer burger at the bar is amazing. the staff were extremely nice as well.

they have bicycles, scooters & jet skis to rent & golf carts for rent next door
