was a wonderful stay and it is somewhere i will be going again , has early check in at 14:00 and late check out at 12:00 with no additional cost

room was large, swimming pool, jacuzzi,sauna,and steam room

bar i thought was on the small side if there had been more than twenty people there would have been

wifi was good for emails and surfing net, didn t try streaming on netflix though

spa and gym is for people staying there all the time - had no time to check because i was busy

for work, late check out was available

nothing too much trouble sorted out adding breakfast and a late check out onto our booking no fuss no haste / easy done and friendly smiley service well done

there's no room service which is okay - you can get food

we had a late afternoon train to catch and they let us have an extra late check out for free

no tv in bar area to watch england but tv in room made up for it.

i didn’t have breakfast , not a breakfast person but the option on menu looked good.

stayed here for the third time just wanted to say staff was very good as we needed late check out wasn't a problem at all and think the breakfast is excelliant always enjoy it

however not to fault the staff, they accommodated us with late check out time to make up from the terrible sleep

i loved the liverpool memorabilia, the staff behind the bar were brilliant.

and accommodating our early check in due to early flight even they gave us a better room that ours ease of access with

the staff on the bar are so friendly, their hospitality is the best we’ve ever had

this was our 4th stay and still great, our son’s favourite hotel with the toy corner and the pool

liked that it had leisure facilities which include pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, gym

the spa was a lovely place to relax
