the location was perfect for our trip and we got to have a late check out no problem which helped a lot

of our lights were burnt out in the bathroom so when we have to keep a soft light on for the kids it made for a noisey evening with having no choice but to have the fan run with the lights

i heard the laundry going all night, kids constantly running up and down the hall

no breakfast included, spa did not work and it did seem overpriced

the pool area is great and the hot tub was wonderful

noise level from some kind of tournament going on in the area the kids were loud.

i was in town for a state exam and was able to get a late check out without question

our room with a pull out was given away and my kids had to sleep on the floor

impressed with morgan at the front desk and dzenana who took care of the breakfast daily

warm breakfast items were in some stupid cabinet that was hard but get in and out of and only one person

the walls are so thin that the barking dog and the complaining kids next door at 5:30 am might as well have been in my room

son was touring the college near the property & i had a puppy & needed a late check out on saturday due to the hot weather

pool, jacuzzi, gym and family recreation area all enhance your stay

wake up and quietly meditate by the river or play and splash with the kids at the pool or park area

not much around there to walk to, but they did have a shuttle.

also unfortunately did not get to go to the pool but the pictures made it look amazing

location, late check out was worth the $

some hotels don’t have cartoons for kids to watch but this one did

room service did not clean room or make beds after day 3

unless they get better security i'll never be staying here again with my kids

also the six onion soup was exceptional as was the room service

everyone was friendly. late check out is nice.

we were able to get a late check out because of how busy the restaurant was

were looking forward to a soak in the spa jacuzzi but when we arrived at the pool area found it to be out of service

was very nice, pool and hot tub were fun for the kids

i tried using the wifi, but the signal was terrible and i ended up having to tether my laptop to my mobile phone

staff was super nice and gave a late check out which i really appreciated

the bar was minimal and closed at 10:00 so we didn’t use it

out couch was no larger than a twin size bed, so we ended up going to buy an air mattress for our kids

early check in is available which was very appreciated since there was a rain delay for

that said we couldn't have other kids come swimming it ruined not a

about 3 am that woke us up and the morning guy walking sound yelled at us as we were taking kids to the pool at 9 am for being to noisy
