a few staffs tend to give customers hard time to when asking for late check out

like that i was given a late check out very easily

i liked the clean room and the late check out.

the front desk was very nice and made sure we got our late check out like we had asked for when we reserved

also too many teenagers/ kids were running in the halls and knocking on doors by the pool

i liked about my stay the best was being able to request a late check out time for a small fee

and each time i had security pounding on my door at checkout time and they had no idea about any late check out the first time this occurred
