was great easy accommodating for late check out

due to the covid-19 virus, there was no breakfast but no fault at all of the staff or owners

check in with friendly,helpful staff,the lodge is well located to food,beverage and of course golf and shopping

i got into town early and they accommodated me with an early check in

breakfast was limited but the option were good

upon arrival passersby finally found someone no breakfast provided also no communication on late check out request staff knocked on door and states she had no record of the

wheeler mmm more in town for a family gathering and used the pool and the staff was more than

beds were too soft; not able to checkin early or use the pool while waiting

i would prefer bar soaps to the pump bottles they had

they have a restaurant and bar inside the hotel which is good because you can have fun and go to your room and not drive

the rooms are nice. the bar and breakfast was fantastic!

how clean it was and the gave me a 30 min late check out. and the location is perfect

was great food friendly staff n room was great they had a nice clean pool and kept the grounds clean it was really nice but the only thing was there wasn't a laundry

also, their pet fee is only $15, and they don't charge an incidental fee

the laundry room was broke

i liked everything but they should have pool hours for adults.

the late check out time....most hotels check out around 11a.m

allow certain pet breeds and they do not make that distinction online, nor do they say what the pet fee will be

they also have laundry room for all

he charged me a non- disclosed pet fee when i sent an email on 5/12 that i was bringing my dog

very accesible, laundry and gym available on site.

we were a late check out and were not rushed or bothered to leave. the room space was great.

the room is big and there is free parking available on site

pool was clean

no indoor pool and the outdoor pool was not open yet. noisy neighbors on 2nd floor above us.

was by the laundry/outside-back door---we were unable to open our window because it faced the parking lot and there was construction right in front of the room---everything was great, didn't

i wish there was an in-door pool. also more variety for breakfast.
