excellent helpful staff, very clean rooms, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker in room, late check out, awesome prices, great parking

price, room was clean, pool was cool, my kids liked it, but yeah the outside looks a lil old but inside where it counts, it’s all good,

with trash, kids running around while adukts drinking in parking and outside room other than that great

it was quiet and calm. not packed with noisy kids. we had the pool & jacuzzi all to ourselves.

i'm a morning swimming because that's when the kids are still sleep

we needed for our beach stay no complaints just an fyi though, no late check out which is fine because check out was at 11 anyways

the dresser drawers smelled had to buy febreze and put laundry sheets in drawers and they still smelled

jacuzzi/spa tub was nasty, had to go buy cleaning supplies to clean it.

laundry room only has one washer and one dryer

room service was good and they have a coin laundry that came in handy.

for the front desk gentleman i was able to stay a bit late

the pool is accessible to the outside tourist we saw many people that wasn’t staying in the hotel

was perfectly located, great amenities, breakfast was delicious, cold water all day, pristine clean, quiet

wish the pool was bigger.

i loved the staff, the hot breakfast and the clean pool and hot tub they have open until 11pm.

was very helpful, from early check in to late check out they were so accommodating and friendly, will definitely stay again

pool is small, but we visited spi for the beach not the pool.

put in to what must be a hard business to keep on top of vs high rise rental condos etc outdoor pool area

for late check out had maids knocking asking us to leave even though we had so not disturb sign a/c

we was placed in a corner room next to the laundry room

i got the one with a tiny balcony and kitchen separated from rest of living area, which i would not have booked if i saw the photos

the pool is open till 11 and everything is pretty nice

that they allowed me to do a 2hr late check out

staff was friendly and allowed a late check out for us even though we didn t actually take advantage of it

couldn't take breakfast to my room or eat it in the car

breakfast was good enough to get back on the road!
