the staff in the lobby were very kind and even allowed a late check out

got stranded in tahoe due to car troubles and they let us have a late check out and the room was perfect for what we needed it for

situated in central position, walking distance to the lake and close drive to casinos and great restaurants

i say that having done lots of research and having stayed in the casino and other options

the inn is about 5 minutes from the heavenly town center, and within walking distance of the casinos

everything, very clean, allowed for a late check out (12 instead of 11) at no extra charge

it's not really a spa if it doesn't have a pool....

we were near the staircase and some people coming in from casinos late at night were very loud at 4am
