i especially appreciated the kindness of the receptionist to allow late check out when i mentioned that my husband had been admitted to shore medical center during

surprised by how nice this hotel was,,,from the women at the front desk to the guy at the pool, the location was perfect,,,close to the 9th street bridge, diners and restaurants,

small complaint, but some of the yogurt they served for breakfast was expired

breakfast was adequate

otherwise the continental breakfast was fine

they allowed late check out

they provided early check in

there was also an outdoor pool that was very clean, and it was so small that it deterred people from using it and my 4-year

pool so clean

friendly staff and close to boardwalk and beach and having a pool

staff was excellent and accommodated my request for late check out

instead of 3pm and at the end of our stay offered a discount for another night or small fee for late check out

got there early in the morning, allowed us to park our car there and spend the day in the pool, at the beach until our room was ready

laundry service was coin operated with no bill exchanger and the outdoor shower's hose attachment

they wouldn't give us a late check out and no one helped us with our tv

us and they need more mirrors so you can put your makeup on and they wouldn't give us an hour late check

we were allowed late check out with no additional cost

i even requested a late check out due to a late flight and they agreed without any problems

pool was a bit murkey. bed was a bit too soft for me.

liked the kitchen setup, pool and cleanliness, and the atmosphere and peacefulness of the place

loved the hot tub and pool

pool was super nice, hot tub even better

the check in was quick and they allowed a late check out at the last minute.

from the start i called to check in and i was told check is @ 3pm i asked could i pay for early check in they told me no

desk was very gracious and said they were extremely busy, but would extend my time with a paid late check out

the breakfast was fine.

2-3 miles from the casinos and the convention center

loved the fact that there was a late check out

in the gym, some guests broke 2 machines and the gym was closed for 3 days (until i left) for safety and

people staying in the hotel did not respect letting the kids running around and for breakfast same people carrying the breakfast to the rooms spilling milk

they got me checked in my room very fast and even gave me early check in without charging

like that there was a small pool and a small work-out gym with equipment

the fitness room/pool was on the first level near the front desk which i appreciated

what i liked about my stay was the location to the boardwalk and casinos.

less than one block from the boardwalk and right near the hardrock casino where our show was

close to casino and could walk to the boardwalk

it was walking distance from the boardwalk and the casinos right in the middle of everything

room was quiet with a late check out

most hotels have check out at 12 and we weren’t told at checking in so when we asked for a late check out of 12 instead of 11, management said there would be a charge of $20

price is good and the spa bath is perfect

our room was clean, the bathroom was clean, the spa tub was clean

first room i was offered for my king spa tub reservation didn’t have a working tub

staff was very friendly and gave me late check out

loved the spa tub and the mirrors everywhere!!

they offer smoking rooms. the spa tub was awesome. the staff was great.
