i loved that i was able to get a late check out

only complaint is that the pool was out of service all 3 days

well we slept in so we didn't eat breakfast but the room was super clean and really great

the breakfast food was awful.

i would have like a buffet with sausage and bacon not a fan of the microwave breakfast options

were very accommodating and friendly throughout, allowing us a late check out and helping generally with directions and suggestions, as this was an unscheduled

felt like they rushed us out of the room even though i put in for a late check out

the hotel did accommodate us with early check in and late check out which helped us out

restaurant hours could be longer but bar attendant was great and a pro at handling customers

tried to get something to eat in the pub/bar downstairs after the show

our late check out request was accommodated with ease and kindness

access to train, and buses are within walking distance, the rooms are equipped with a kitchenette, saving money on eating

breakfast wasn't till 6:00 am , left at 5:15

especially the kitchenette with the full-size fridge were helpful to us

and there is coin operated laundry on each floor but the staff had no way of providing quarters to use them

only drawback was the somewhat moody laundry machine

waking up to screaming kids at 7:30am wasn’t fun

only disappointment was kids was looking forward to pool which was unfortunately under maintenance

i wanted a late check out and only got a half and hr extension, then i had multiple bags so had to do two

there were plenty of washer and dryers in the laundry room

we stayed overnight with our dog (no pet fee which is awesome) after a patriots game
