receptions was rude when i asked about a requested late check out and said they were too busy also it said about someone to help with bags as i was

late check out no charge!!!!! amazing!

the reception staff were friendly and helpful, the bar and restaurant staff were first class, the food was delicious and the bedroom accommodations

pool/gym staff seemed a bit disinterested.

in the bar was delicious breakfast was really good too

staff, accommodated me with an early check in as i had a wedding to attend that day, this was much appreciated

the river, late check out at 12 noon, lovely staff, lovely food, beautiful large dual aspect room overlooking

car park is a bit small but there's reasonable parking near by

parking is challenging if not there early enough to get a space in the car park.

we had dinner in the bar which was lovely and the entertainment topped off a great evening

music on and / or kids running around - both of which are expected but not everywhere, all day

good bar menu large portions, excellent facilities gym/pool etc

in town was excellent and staff and food in the bar was excellent a all round great experience

swimming and spa needed to improved.
