staff were very nice and allowed me to have a late check out; as i had a graveside service to attend before i flew out my last day & needed a

and for a change we were able to stay on the 1st floor which was great because of the luggage and kids

pool area clean and had a water slide which kids enjoyed

they are short staffed but when you pay enough for a hotel stay and don't get the time for the kids to swim it's frustrating
