we asked for a late check out or if there was a room we could get changed in as we were attending an event and

the ability to have a late check out and lunch on the sunday was very good

we enjoyed 2 really good trips to the gym and pool

and helpful staff, clean, spacious and well maintained hotel, food was wonderful, room service excellent and prompt, spa treatments were excellent

kids swimming times vs breakfast times was a bit tricky but we did manage to squeeze it all in!

staff were friendly and helpful and allowed us an early check-in and late check out.

host was really accommodating with early check in and parking and allowed us a later checkout with no additional cost

(+)breakfast, with lot of options for kids (-) teeny-tiny room with the sofa opened for the kids - barely had any space to move around (-)was tiny for a family of 4 with teenage kids (+) kids loved it

the bar snacks were a little pricey but good. that's the only bad point.
