the woman at the front desk in the morning wouldn't let me have a late check out
easy check in process, the late check out, clean rooms-always
very accommodating and gave us a late check out for free due to it being our anniversary
check in was easy, even late at night
was charged a $75 pet fee and i said i thought this was a pet friendly hotel and i didn’t notice the $75 fee

they're pretty cool about the late check out
the kitchen was so convenient
hotel staff were helpful and the kitchen facilities were amazing
didn’t use it but having a laundry room would be very convenient if one was taking a road

they put us away from the office. they didn't bother us and let us do a late check out!
