easy check in process, the late check out, clean rooms-always

very accommodating and gave us a late check out for free due to it being our anniversary

check in was easy, even late at night

the woman at the front desk in the morning wouldn't let me have a late check out

miss the coffee and breakfast in the lobby

but, they give two trays so you can freeze your own and have ice 3 hours later

they're pretty cool about the late check out
