staff was very friendly and the breakfast was as good as many hotels that i paid more than twice the amount for

service was great, all were friendly breakfast was very good and added greatly to the stay

owner was rude n refused to give mr back my deposit due to late check out that was honest mistake n rude as

truck parking available

had i had kids or a group

the customer service, and whenever i needed my room serviced they always did a great job.

we requested a late check out as we were in town for the spartan race and knew our son would need a shower before

called before booking and confirmed pool was open, washer/ dryer was available for guest use, and fitness center was open; after arrival, i was told pool and fitness center had been closed for

more breakfast options would have been nice but certainly not a deal breaker

pool and grounds very clean and well cared for

pool towels too hard and small pool chairs need cleaning

arrived very late the front desk was very accommodating

roof top bar was closed on sunday

front desk and lower level bar were extremely nice and helpful

had great food at the hotel bar one evening and great dinner at the rooftop restaurant (level 10) another evening

really enjoyed the gym, there were plenty of machines available

no late check out with choice card

doors and walls are always nasty i am a choice member but yet i don't get snacks drinks or my late check out and i pay the same rate as everyone else

am a choice member platinum and they were rude and would not give me a late check out dtugies and drunk people hanging

i even paid $20 extra for early check in

pool could have been open& just take turns using it

the location and quiet. we love the walk in showers and new lounge/breakfast area.
