gave us a super late check out and could not have been more helpful with our small baby

it was a nice, big room. we were allowed a late check out free of charge.

we went down for a meeting and hotel staff accommodated us with a late check out on the wednesday

i rang reception and got it sent up, charged extra as it was 'room service' and they didn't send glasses up so we had to call reception again

the hotel is a bit upscale with a very nice bar and restaurant
