we've stayed a couple times now but were upgraded to a hot tub room, the kids loved it

we used the services of the activity center and we had a late check out that was very helpful

the proximity to many restaurants is perfect and full kitchenette in rooms

kids spent a good amount of time in the hot tub and heated pool

the bed was super comfortable; the fireplace was fantastic and the kitchen was fully stocked

variety of hot items and cereals and muffins staff were very accomodating helping me with a late check out request sunset viewing area was

the hotel was helpful in terms of a late check out as well

we were allowed a courtesy late check out, and we appreciated that

room service could be better - especially for non-standard requirements like tea etc.

checked in late and staff were very hospitable in showing us to our sweet after we checked in

i needed a late check out to attend a tour and they were very accommodating

rooms are so private seems like if you are in your own home, very nice, they also allow us for a late check out which was a plus to us with 2 kids and all you know it can be tedious

location close to restaurants and golf courses, service and breakfast

property short walk to pool easy parking in front of unit gorgeous views of red rocks delicious gourmet

rebekah was friendly and accommodating to my request for late check out and a bottom floor room

filthy and the babies were filthy up having to crawl or walk on them 4 bus loads of religious kids turned up at stupid o clock and the noise was ridiculous all night - no sleep for anyone

lots of kids in the parking lot after 11 pm.

the breakfast far exceeded my expectations

they also couldn't walk out and shut the kids up from screaming until 10:20

we checked in very late and we were added to late check out list. that was very much appreciated

to arrival on the check in date i called the motel and requested a significantly early check in which was granted without hesitation

down looking, the doors are hard to open and it’s just not a safe feeling motel plus the hidden pet fee

they didn’t charge us the pet fee which was great as our dog ended up spending the night with family

warning us about the pet fee they charge ($15) would have been very much appreciated as well, because for the price we

have some modern upgrades like a keypad lock on the doors leading to the hallways with the rooms, wifi, and 3 or 4 bar/restaurants within the building

we enjoyed the restaurant for dinner & 2 of the bars for live music (1 acoustic & 1 band) (-)is a little bit of effort with no lift and a room on the 2nd floor and the balcony bar on the third but that s to be expected with a stay in an old (+) and amanda at the bar was super sweet with delivering meals to our room (+)the style of the building and the bath ! everyone is very friendly, great bar attendee ! (+)) the two bars were way fun and the bartender (unfortunately i do not recall his name) in the lower level bar (+) right in the middle of everything and there is a bar upstairs and downstairs (+)staff was great the upstairs bar was great (+) bar staff lovely and friendly easy
