happy with the facility and happy with staff solution for me to work in breakfast area after my late check out

there were workers in parking lot little uncomfortable but i know they were working

nice people to communicate with, late check out, good size room

com stated that there was only 2 rooms left on our fist night, but the parking lot was empty except for 7 vehicles

minimal parking and i had a minor issue with the shower.

the property has wifi but it is spotty at best.

spotty weak wifi, tv very old and small.

views and outdoor seating made me never want to leave they also let us have early check in and late check

awesome, ocean view awesome, gym and indoor pool are great, absolutely perfect location (this place would be unbelievable in (-)access to the gym and pool. (+)the property is amazing the facilities the pool the bar the gym (-) gym was fair, the overall place needs to be updated (+)nice area, beautiful views, walking distance to shops and restaurants, nice gym, descents beds. (*) we really did not use the pools or gym (-) no cups for water cooler in the gym (+)a beautiful location, great sites, nice gym facilities, nice restaurants, nice pool and outdoor deck area (+)gym

the stay was nice , room clean and fresh , dinning and regent bar nice and staff very helpful.

received a complimentary room upgrade with a harbor view, free drinks, discount on breakfast, late check out and a fire pit

when we asked for a late check out the attendant was obviously annoyed

kids loved it

the pool was so refreshing and clean

you could walk to the mansions and cliff walk if you want , we drove since we have little kids, but super close

) wanted a late check out, but was told no immediately even though there were not a lot of people staying

the quick breakfast options and the morning coffee and tea

the breakfast could have more options.

the staff was attentive and pleasant, and the coffee, juice, and bagels were a convenient quick breakfast

the best thing about my stay was that rick accommodated me with early check in and late check out

room had fleas. not well maintained. spa tub did not work.

i was unable to obtain a late check out but my check out was extended by 30 mins which was fine

the mgr was unreasonable with a late check out charging a full days room fee. greedy.

this is the only hotel that i have ever stayed at that did not allow us a late check out, not even 30 minutes

it was all nice, very comfortable, and the gym was good, good selection of breakfast foods too.

accommodated early check in and late check out for our kids to enjoy more pool time

side was the limited menu in the pub on site and would have liked more of a selection for the breakfast

breakfast was a grab and go which was perfect for us. the beach was directly across the street.

was very pleased to have laundry facilities self-serve on site

they do offer late check out until 12 if you ask, and they offer 10-20 dollars and hour for any extra after that

also our room was to the right side of the hotel near the bar next door and on saturday night it was noisy

the bar next door was a bit noisey, there was quite a bit of light coming in all night

clean convenient affordable, and has a pool and even laundry

location, indoor pool was very enjoyable, room was very comfortable, pillow/ sheets

it s in a great location too, staff gave us a late check out

owners are lovely, the breakfast is outstanding, and the place is sparkling clean

great value for what it is, breakfast great. offer late check out too

warm at the breakfast area but i think there may of been a problem with the ac thinks happen
