staff was all very friendly, allowed our one group to have a late check out

breakfast- decent offering, no issues with quality and quantity, there is coffee and tea all day at

they accomodated my need for late check out so that was a plus.

parking lot had huge puddles to deke out after the rain/snow

parking lot was awful pot holes and the garbage and beer cans all over

close to snowmobile trails , allow us to park truck and trailer

parking lot pavement a mess, broken furniture stored in hallways and outside in parking lot
