staff were very helpful & facilitated a late check out

with wifi connection but it was solved with the reception

just a 20-25 minute walk down to the cathedral. nice bar area.

very comfortable staff friendly rosemary is overworked in the hotel bar and food area she works so hard

accommodated our late check out too

i didn t like the fact that the room service is very limited

the restaurant is not yet open for dinner, only room service.

for pilgrim's there are no laundry facilities, although a coin operated laundry is five minutes walk away

603 was noisy, we seemed to be directly below the laundry room as could frequently hear wheels across the ceiling

the desk clerk gave me good directions to a laundry mat, just a couple of blocks away

very helpful and kind, we had some major logistical issues with our airline and they have is a late check out and were helpful and responsive even though it was the middle of the night

we appreciated the late check out (12 noon), and being able to access the room early

kids age was questioned so as trying to question rate booked

the gym in basement was very nice and i enjoyed being able to work out so close

staff, room up grade, late check out granted, they couldn’t do enough

at 38 degrees outside, indoor pool fantastic

the swimming pool is a nice way to start or end your day, and staff were very professional

was very cold and the floor around it was quite dirty to the point that i felt uneasy letting the kids use it - clearly, it has not been cleaned for a while

and yet a peaceful place as it has a lovely back garden and kitchen and other facilities like laundry washing line outside tables and chair with umbrellas

also, it was strange that there was an entire coffee bar that never opened

fast wifi, free coffee and unlimited filtered water, plus lockers for keeping your bag safe after

staff were friendly and hotel accommodating for new years day late check out

hosts at the front desk, cafeteria, bar were all exceptional professionals, friendly people with kind hearts

hotel also has a beautiful little library and places where you can sit in comfort, as well as a bar and a breakfast room the breakfast was very good and plentiful

at check in was very helpful, nothing to much trouble,got early check in both times i stayed recently

few minor hiccups with things like linens and laundry i sent out, but the front desk staff was very responsive and did a nice job taking care of
