i was pleased that they accommodated an early check in when our flight arrived early in the morning

staff were also very caring and accommodating with late check out as my girlfriend had food poisoning

the room was spacious and very clean. beds were comfy- kids slept til 9am!!!

i reserved here because was the only hotel in san sebastian that included a pool, but when i arrived they said was no season for the pool

you news to take the car or bus to go center but thé bus was résolu easy, even with the kids

there is a bar area, and pool terrace which serves food all day and it s very good

we ordered room service and it arrived promptly and was very tasty

coffee, cackes, advice, late check out not a problem

we had a 2 bedroom apartment with a double room and a bunk bed room for the kids

alley which was at the exact same height as the apartment (2nd floor) and it's a pathway used by kids to get to their school so it can be quite noisy for a bit around 8 in the morning

were very friendly and did a fantastic job helping us with pintxos bar recommendations, area directions, and navigating the james bond-like underground parking

we asked for a late check out and it was possible to stay one hour extra free of charge

loved the pool

shame, since more noise nuisance was caused by kids running at 22h at night right above my room
