for our flight out the next day the front desk clerk let us stay in the room till 2 pm for late check out without any
good closet with kitchen (only missing the cooker)
enormous and clean air-conditioned room, clean showers and kitchen, and the staff was very helpful in telling us where to have lunch, and also provided us
it would be good to have some stuff- plates, glasses etc in the kitchen
room has a big comfortable kitchen, unfortunately there is not one cup, not one plate or anything

we had requested a late check out , and had to pay extra to secure it
was an awesome experience. breakfast was great and super close to everything
great hotel , new installations room spacious . good breakfast.

helpful, although mostly in spanish, which may have been useful for my practice :) we asked for a late check out and we were allowed to stay at the pool, which was the next best thing
this was annoying as i was on vacation in a town of medellin which had horrible wifi and i had no access to a printer
wifi was very poor and it takes time to surf the internet.
centre (waking distance) friendly staff specially all the ladies working in the breakfast area, room service and front desk (-) room service options are limited to fast food, it says that you can request this service up to 9:30 (-) various items are damaged, dirty windows both inside and out, and dirty plates from someone's room service with leftover food on them left in the hallway for 24 hours

they were really accommodating about the early check in and late check out
the breakfast was excellent
also had a pool but was closed a lot due to maintenance which was annoying
drinks in the bar are not good at all
the food we ate was very good for me, we ate one evening meal and breakfast every day
