the lady at the reception blamed the late check out on the outsourced cleaning team

didn't honor my genius reward which is late check out for 2 hours

kids loved the swimming pool , loved waking up and having their free breakfast with the other families

parking lot and surroundings could use a clean up, the area is bordering on industrial so that's

no possibility for late check out
