not the best when seeing the pool area run down during off season

so i can’t really say anything i didn’t like besides not being able to enjoy the pool or gym just because of this whole virus situation that’s about

service desk they were rude and could not provide the same answer to my question for a late check out when i got the room they said 1 was the time then when i needed the late check out

the free buffet and pool and especially the late check out ( 1 hr) that i needed because family used the pool in the am and needed to wash off

large very loud group was booked that played loud gospel music in the breakfast area and the staff said nothing
