no pool. needed more breakfast items.

i requested and was allowed a late check out; however i ended up checking out about 11am
no pool, no breakfast, no fitness option due to covid-19
begin the room didn’t have a spa inside the room when booking
the reduced pet fee ($50) was also appreciated as i had my dog with me
didn't realize the pet fee was an additional $50
