like the space and the other amenities are the hotel that are accessible like the gym, hvac and washer & dryer and even the vending machine selections

love the free breakfast

we were able to do an early check in & late check out

they have kitchenettes and there studios are very spacious

we loved the fact that you can do free laundry, borrow kitchen items and access the candlewood cupboard

the gym is flat out awesome

staff was really easy going and to top it all off you get free laundry

was amazing during check in, how ever i asked for a late check out and apparently it was never in the system

did not use pool or exercise room this visit

you have great food and a bar right on site; we don’t have to leave

on-site bar closed at 11:00 for many who were using hotel to visit important vikings game.

know i was there on easter, but i was disappointed that the bar closed early

before i booked, i called this hotel to ensure i could get a late check out of 3pm as my boyfriend had to work remotely from the room on monday

were friendly and courteous although they failed to let the housekeeping staff know we had a late check out, which was a surprise for both the housekeeper and us

products used in the kitchen and bathroom (they are striving to be green, especially in laundry use)

instead, they gave a late check out which was very helpful for us

provided a great breakfast to start the day and my kids all or fighting over the great pillows

i was also next to the gym, so not sure if that was related to the smell

popcorn and cereal bits from presumably the last people and the room smelled really musty like a gym locker room and there was no way to open the window for fresh air

would have have been a problem if we stayed more than one night and needed to give the kids a bath

loved the fact that even though there was a shuttle, we could just walk across the skywalk right to the mall whenever we wanted

she also assisted my to work out a late check out to work around my work conference
