staff was great, very friendly arranged for a late check out

pool steps were all moldy ....

place is so big should have a shuttle bus system. lol

also the wifi did not have a very strong signal

internet went down it was so hot we just wanted to order out but no phone reception or wifi working for most of the 1st night we were

i had chemo and she let us get a late check out and we were able to leave the big rig until i was done with chemo

breakfast was included, and had a variety of items for everyone

management gave us a hard time getting breakfast bags for our kids who were still sleeping

breakfast had many choices

we then requested fir late check out she only offered 1130 i had to request at least noon and she said please make sure

suite with the jet jacuzzi was so amazing and so relaxing i didn't even have to go down to the pool or leave my room really

my niece was disappointed the pool was closed, but we explained to her that due to the covid it had to be closed

we also loved the breakfast and swimming in the pool

fitness area was tiny, like a 100 square feet

the late check out, decent room, comfy bed, good breakfast buffet (but no pancakes or

breakfast was awesome, the best at any hotel i've stayed at, the waiter was very polite and

i love there was restaurant/ bar onsite, so i didn’t have to leave and find one

ask for a room other than 139 or rooms near the laundry.

the tow truck was able to bring us to the spacious parking lot, and we got a late check out when the next tow took a little longer

the breakfast was amazing!

breakfast buffet shut down do to restrictions bu they gave us a little bag with muffin and fruit

it was very clean and the staff worker at breakfast was amazingly polite!

staff brought extra sheets and pillow kids loved the fitness and swimming great

staff is very friendly - and even on a busy holiday weekend, they gave me an extra hour for a late check out due to an unforeseen circumstance

it was ok. nothing special. they were not to hospitable when it came to a late check out

great value. good location, helpfull staff and nice pool to cool off in..

and convenient to the mount shasta hospital, nice rooms swimming pool just an overall nice place to

the staff were willing to grant me a late check out while i waited for for my husband to be discharged and the manager, michael, was

floor room- could hear everything above me, when elected the room there was nothing about a pet fee

they have a small laundry room which was really great

clean, laundry facilities, good coffee in the lobby

i liked that there were laundry facilities available on site as well
