was beautiful, the rooms were super spacious and clean, and the pool / spa were

with a very nice view, nice pools, they always keep in touch through whatsapp and they gave us late check out for free as a compensation for the discomfort we ve experienced

kids were disappointed as the animation was indoors not outside due to the weather changing

if i was to be really picky the night time entertainment in the lobby bar was a bit repetitive

when staying in the hotel he failed to check out i received a call from hotel staff regarding a late check out as my dad hadn t checked out the room already when i asked if a member of staff

the kitchen in the suite is really

we never used the pool, but it looked clean and wasn't too busy

kitchen didn’t have anywhere near enough equipment even to rustle up a decent snack for the kids and the glasses were tiny

wifi was good

breakfast with aesthetic touch and authentic food , perfect spa with reasonable prices, free late check out , a lot of nice places nearby , beach promenade on one side , and modern cafes and

the pool is always clean and a lovely place to relax, gym and in house spa are also great

the car parking is limited.

from the cleaners to the bar staff, waiters, security and receptionists everyone was brilliant

we ve requested early check in and late check out and they ve accommodated us (depending on availability of course) (+) they upgraded our room and also gave us a late check out (+)absolutely wonderful, the hotel is beautiful, the staff go above and beyond including an extended late check out as we didn't want to leave untill late (+) thank you to nezha at front desk for a late check out and acknowledging that i ve previously stayed there before (+)great pool area staff very attentive, also assisted me with late check out. highly recommend (+) thank you very much to nezha for organising a late check out for us (+) thanks to mohammed at reception for helping with a late check out

5l bottles of water which was fantastic but additionally, everyday they provided room service they replenished the water and at one point we were getting 3 bottles which was a god

they have a laundry service but you have to make sure you ask for express service before particular time which

no ice cream on all inclusive, we travelled with 5 kids so spent alot buying ice pops at 3e each

restaurants, nice swimming pools with toboggans an slides, little shop, atm, wellness centrum, kids club with lovely animation team an much more

of the staff were friendly, we were accommodated for a late check out (for a fee)

clean room. nice towel origami skills! separate pool area for people not too keen on loud kids.

no park for kids, animations are only made for retired french people

bit too noisy- nice atmospheric music during dinner would be nicer than a very loud music at the pool

we got early check in, late check out and help with sourcing antibiotics in an emergency

the gym could do with a re fit.

we were given a late check out, which was appreciated and if we messaged reception they were generally responsive

the pool is great and there were plenty of sun loungers around the pool and at the beach
