appartement we stayed (the dove) was spacious, had air conditioning in rooms, a little kitchen and an amazing terrace facing trees with birds and monkeys and the oceans at the horizon

fantastic place to stay with excellent staff and great facilities - especially if you have kids

kids loved private beach access and swimming pool was excellent

in conclusion, from the welcoming with refreshing aromatic towels to our late check out everything was more than

wifi could be faster. dinning area could be modernized.

$15 to a single (small) load of laundry (-) the laundry room needs an upgrade (+) the laundry service is available but only 8am-8pm (+) we used the self laundry service that was very helpful (+) the gardens, the gym, laundry facilities, the restaurant, etc (+) onsite restaurants and laundry facilities (+)village with different restaurants, a shop, a spa, a gym, 5 pools (2 only for adults ), a laundry room (with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers), a pickleball court, a mini golf and a play (+) lots of added thoughtful things like water and ice machines and self service laundry (+) we also had some laundry done and it came back looking great (+) it was also very nice to be able to wash clothes in the laundry after 2 weeks of travelling

if staying with kids pick rooms closest to main building if you have a lot of suitcases/ gear

staff were not as friendly as other area hotels but the other personnel at the resort; desk, parking, spa, bell hop, were awesome

gave us some great recommendation around the area and gave us even an option for late check

in 1920s i guess, but kinda freaked me out, also the circular shape of the hallways echoed the casino noise all night

this hotel and their service to triathletes with a welcome amenity, super early breakfast and extended hours for breakfast after the race

deal included breakfast but we couldn't make it because hours. i wish it be till 10:00 am

ummm, also as we were there with kids i had doubts about the casino on the property, but it was quite calm and we didnt even notice

the room, grounds, facilities, common areas, and pool were immaculate

friendly people, big and clean rooms. very good breakfast and good wifi

the swimming pool is safe for kids and family

we did the kayak trip which was great and she cooked us fresh breakfast even tho we returned after it finished

breakfast is made fresh

the bed is huge and super comfy we had an early check in
