we arrived our room was not ready and the receptionist provided coupons for free drinks from the bar and free parking, though we had to wait 20 minutes

nice bed, enormous flat screen tv, excellent wifi connections, soundproof windows, great lighting and lots and lots of outlets for charging

not great, no free parking for your car, rooms on the lower floors have no view, no 24x7 room service

central location, lots of handy amenities, super helpful staff, late check out

indoor pool and gym and close to everything downtown walking distance

didn't like that the pool and sauna were only open after 4pm most days

pool isn't very accessible for people with disabilities

got leftovers from restaurant and need to warm up, their restaurant helped me warmup at the back kitchen and provided plate and forks

service, the restaurants greeting staff and marc our waiter for breakfast at place dufferin, the bar staff, the pool staff and the cleaning staff (nadia) all made our stay special and memorable (+) onsite bar and restaurants made it an excellent experience (+)hotel and bar are absolutely beautiful (-) because i had a 8 year old with me, we couldn't be seated at the bar and could only be seated if the lounge was unoccupied (-) hundreds of rooms but very limited bar space to have a drink (-)to wait for a seat at the bar (sign up for the waiting list) was frustrating (+)absolutely beautiful! fabulous bar lounge (+) bar 1608 was nice
