they allowed us a late check out so we could rest a little longer, brought toast to our room because we were too ill

the rooms were comfortable and the hotel has a gym and pool, which makes the stay relaxing

our flight was delayed, they allowed us a late check out, and looked after our bags for a bit until it was time to go

paying a lot extra for early check-in or late check out is not acceptable when your daily rate is also high

before booking i asked if they offer late check out and they replied saying that if i am an ihg member they do offer for free until 2pm

the breakfast was surprisingly good and we appreciated the late check out
