we asked for a late check out of another 4 hours and, for a small fee, they were fine with it

the suite: full kitchen (sparse cooking tools), spacious, a/c in bedroom was quiet, beds were comfortable, roomy

the room (suite) had a full size fridge and kitchen

i'm not ever coming back because it is too hot in the front room and kitchen

the faucet in the kitchen was not working

daniel also booked us a tour to cayo arena and allowed us to do a late check out

loved the location. there is also a pool for an extra charge that is really nice.

hotel had a parking lot, it was all gravel, it could have been paved

fact that you must pay additional cost 25% more of the room cost to use the pool

my flight was then delayed and babettee saved me and got me a room, sorted late check out and an airport transport for me

breakfast was super delicious and everything else we could buy in the restaurant was top notch

great place if you are you are here for surfing, the beach is not the best one to swim and or for kids to play
