i got to get a late check out

the front desk representative kindly let me have a late check out

keepers pounding on door at 9:30am when i payed for late check out, fire alarm went off at 10 am and then the tv went out so my son couldn’t watch

great pool and comfortable bed

i like the idea that laundry room was open all nite a little dirty but other wise all good..

also allowed a late check out

the pool and jacuzzi were great to relax in

nice spa and pool with hardly a soul in sight

ceiling in the shower was peeling some, and not fast at refilling breakfast

laundry facilities were excellent

we asked for a late check out due to our later flight and they gave us extra time

the pool area very nice (better than the website pics) and has some water toys available for kids

great location, big rooms, nice pool area, very nice complete breakfast, lady at front desk the evening we checked in was amazing

great grab and go breakfast with a lot of variety.

the beds were comfortable, the entire hotel was very clean, and my kids enjoyed the heated pool

florentine eggs benedit were outstanding, front desk manager freddy was incredible, requested a late check out , he was able to accommodate my request

parking is an absolute nightmare

the room was very comfortable, the food and bar service were great as well

the only thing was the parking, got back at 7 pm and not one spot around to park

comfortable beds, clean with high quality finishes. reasonable room service.

bed was so comfy i missed the breakfast, i asked for late check out, and they gave me extra time

was given permission for late check out by dave but only to be called 25 min after original check out to say they have

had a king suite (with mini kitchen & living room) connected to a double queen room (+) was glad to have a kitchenette and refrigerator (+) this time our room had a dishwasher, a second sink and cupboards as if it was a small kitchenette (-)woman, the hostess was running the show, and missing half the time due to maybe working in the kitchen (-) lighting in kitchen area was horrible and in the bathroom (+) layout was for kitchen but no stove (-)was small but had a kitchenette (+) kitchen staff were super friendly and helpful (-)i expected a better kitchenette it dint have a stove and it dint have pots or glasses (+) stayed in a king suite, the bed was very comfortable and the kitchenette was convenient

was colorful and the huge pool was heated comfortably and the jacuzzi was a treat

the staff was exceptional and the bar area offered a fun and friendly dimension to the day

rather than the one at the opposite end of the complex, seemed put out when i called about the wifi

staff is very friendly and accommodated a late check out

the pool is very clean and there is even a place to grill by the pool

bbq areas, ping pong table and a safely fenced in pool area are all within the courtyard

from each room is pleasant and includes containers for room trash and access to a guest laundry

nicely appointed with a small kitchen area including microwave, toaster, hot plate, refrigerator
