breakfast was excellent and service faultless
the buffet breakfast was good maybe just needs to be a bit hotter

staff friendly and had a late check out after our cycle event
having young kids this isn't ideal late at night
great service and value for money, spa facilities an added bonus ud83dude42
in our room and very little signal anywhere else in the hotel so when it came to night time the kids weren't very pleased
wifi was terrible, otherwise we loved it

were friendly and very willing to help we were also allowed to make changes to have a late check out last thing the night before making our stay more
lovely breakfast late check out although we didn’t use it warm room

the pool, spa and rooms were perfect, very accommodating for the dog as well

they allowed a late check out on christmas eve
they are noisy from other guests and we had no hot water when trying to get ourselves and the kids ready for a wedding i would return for the staff but maybe not for the money or
we had a family room which was great as it had an adjoining room for the kids so we weren’t all crammed into the same room
hotel was spotless, very comfortable and the breakfast was sumptuous
bed was comfortable and family room was perfect set up for 2 adults 2 kids

food in bar attached was great late check out
the breakfast was excellent, staff were so friendly & the open fire in the sitting area was such a joy
within walking distance to blair atholl castle excellent dining room/ pub breakfast great- true scottish
bed was a bit lumpy but having a seperate space between us and the kids was worth a lumpy bed!
rowdy clientele swearing etc at 5pm with kids around no attempt from staff to sort issue out - ended up one father sorted it out
