cody allowed us a late check out due to us having to carry my tanks and stuff to the car the next day, just our

the superior king room we book the decoration is simple but pretty we dont had to worry about kids cant get in too many stuffs while wandering around the room

i loved the pool and used the adjoining sitting area with my dogs

is not friendly and we did not check in until after 9pm and check out is at 11:00am and i need a late check out

bed linens had stains that didn’t come out in the laundry

laundry area is just by the stairs, but costs money

elevator was kind of weird and the pool was ice cold, the color of the water looked off

the outside door where the laundry room was that area was dirty

night shift gentlemen was supper helpful and great he gave us a late check out told me about

no plastic laundry bags for dirty clothes

heated pool was a plus for the kids

if i had to complain about anything, i asked the evening we checked in if we could have a late check out they said absolutely, then when it was 10:30 that morning i had went downstairs and

i liked the bathroom wad very nice and the kitchen area. everything was clean and convenient.

usually can’t get checked into a cabin until 3-4 pm asked if we could have a late check out and they said not problem

that make arbors special, such as the campfire and smores to the huge fun floats they provide the kids in the pool

liked that the breakfast was a free buffet

loved the location and the size of the room also the late check out 11 is great for a check out
